Who am I...

I am a person who is passionate about helping others find passion and purpose in their careers and personal life. For over 20 years I have worked with individuals and organizations to increase skills and competencies to help them meet their business and project challenges with confidence. I have worked with private sector, public sector, and non-profits in 22 different countries. For the past 10+ years I have used my knowledge of how to plan, execute, and deliver successful projects to coach individuals and corporate clients currently in transition and/or looking to make a career change.

Project Career Quest combines my knowledge of leading and executing projects with my career coaching background to help people seeking employment that is more meaningful, purposeful, and engaging. Writing this book aligns with my passion to help people: people struggling to determine their next career move, people who lack clarity about their career goals, people who want to discover their passion, and people who want more out of life than a routine 9-5 job that simply pays the bills but offers no real excitement or future potential.

Project Career Quest is a total coaching package that guides the reader step-by-step through the process of finding a job or new career using a disciplined, structured approach to plan, organize, and execute their career transition project.
